The Game Awards объявили номинантов на звание Game of the Year 2025 в ходе прямой трансляции в понедельник. Среди претендентов выделяются независимые проекты, включая Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Hades 2 и Hollow Knight: Silksong, сообщает КавПолит.
К ним присоединились Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Donkey Kong Bananza и Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. Эти шесть проектов полностью совпадают с прогнозами экспертов относительно фаворитов года. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 получила наибольшее число номинаций — 12 в десяти категориях, в то время как Death Stranding 2 и Ghost of Yōtei получили по семь номинаций каждая.
После объявления финалистов начался следующий этап голосования. Жюри The Game Awards определяет победителей в категориях, включая Best RPG, Best Narrative, Best Audio Design и многие другие. Пользователи также могут голосовать за Game of the Year до 10 декабря.
Церемония The Game Awards 2025 пройдет в прямом эфире в четверг, 11 декабря, в 19:30 EST / 16:30 PST.
